Taking care of you is our greatest satisfaction. For this reason, now that we can travel again and enjoy a well-deserved rest without worries, it is more important than ever that we can do it safely and calmly.


At Q Hotels we continue to take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously, implementing additional measures to guarantee the safety of our guests and employees, applying the recommendations of the World Health Organization and health experts.


That is why we created Clean & Safe . A set of measures, approved by security experts, that we have implemented in all our hotels. All members of our teams have received specific instructions and cleaning and hygiene measures have been increased in all properties, with the aim of providing safe and clean environments for our guests and colleagues.


The health and safety measures of our hotels are designed to face a wide spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include specific cleaning and disinfection protocols in confirmed or suspected cases of COVID-19, availability of Personal Protective Equipment ( PPE) for cleaning staff, as well as specific training for all employees; application of viricidal products and approved disinfectants, such as cleaning and disinfection procedures for rooms and common areas.


Q Hotels thus complies with the measures and guidelines drawn up by the ICTE and the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism in its hotels, villas and tourist apartments, thus guaranteeing the monitoring of disinfection and cleaning protocols, as well as the implementation of the relevant security measures in its processes, people and facilities. Therefore, we inform you of the measures adopted and the services that are affected or disappear in the face of COVID.


Important information:


Upon arrival of the client, the temperature will be taken to avoid internal infections.


We have adapted our hotel and facilities in compliance with social distancing measures.


Disinfection and cleaning required at the customer's departure. In addition, for security reasons, those rooms that do not have the "do not disturb" sign before 1:00 pm will be disinfected and cleaned every day.


We have provided dispensers of hydroalcoholic gels in all the facilities of our establishment.


We cannot store luggage due to late departure or early arrival of the client.


The DINNER AND BREAKFAST regime can be affected by shifts if the capacity is full. The client must make a prior reservation at the established times. For more information you can check with reception.


The entire perimeter of the pools will be disinfected 2 times a day with a spray backpack.


Payment by contactless electronic means will be encouraged and we will disinfect the POS and dataphone in each operation.


The restaurant menu will be by QR code.


Due to capacity restrictions, in order to access the Wellness Area it is necessary to make a reservation. For more information you can check with reception.


The use of masks is mandatory in our facilities.
